Is there an office for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in GTO, or Leon, or San Miguel de Allende? I need an apostille for an international document. Thanks, Gloria Harrison

Gigi, What is called the State Department in the US may be called the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in some other countries but in Mexico it's called the Secretar?a de Relaciones Exteriores which has an office in Leon.

What type of document do you need apostille? What is its country of origin? In my experience the apostille has to take place in the country of origin.

What do you mean by "international" document? If it's a Mexican document, you should be able to get it apostilled at the Registro Civil here in Guanajuato.
