Maybe it's a pipe dream but I would like to see a mailing service here.

RE: Needed business in GTO - a bakery and ?
I looked into a postal box system set up a few years ago but decided just to many problems for a then semi-retired guy.
I was offered The entire Country of Mexico from one franchiser. All I wanted was Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa.

All trhe pizza places here use sliced hot dogs, ketsup for the sauce, very little cheese, and low quality tasteless cheese. A good New York style pizza place HERE IN GTO would be something everyone in GTO would go to, especially if you could sell a slice for 10 pesos or less. Vegetarian option. Whole pizzas at discount prices.

There is whole grain bread at the health store opposite to Plaza Baratillo. Make sure it is baked the same day and not from the freezer.
There is also great thin crust wood fire pizzas at the mini plaza opposite to VIPS.

cam00 I have to agree cheap hot dogs and watered down ketchup are not the makings of a good pizza.

I did something about it

Surprised no decent Pizza something I have found almost everywhere else in Mexico.
Zihuatanejo has several excellent parlors & even Patzcuaro known for poor food has a decent Pizza joint.

I know about the pizza place across from VIPS ( mas o menos ) BUT, they don't sell slices of pizza, and I'm not gonna shell out 100 plus pesos to check out whether it's good or not. FRASCATTI's pizza is just so thin it's almost invisible. I'm so hungry for a good pizza that I toasted some french bread both sides, and then used my homemade spaghetti sauce, good cheese, and sliced fresh mushrooms, then made a "mini-oven" on the top of our tortilla cooker, and cooked the bread-pizza there. Came out pretty good, my gf ate almost all of the slices.:D

Greek-style yogurt
Problem solved. Yoplait just introduced a Greek-style ("Griega") yogurt that is of acceptable quality. They had three flavours at Comercial on Sunday; I tried the strawberry one.

We can personally attest to flavor and overall premium quality pizza that comes from Bill's oven (above). One specialty uses peanut butter, yes PB and is totally delicious. He needs to get a license and open for the public. Pickup only, cash only with limited hours, how about it Mr.Bill? The public is calling.
