1) Five years ago we built a new house 3+ floors, on a severely sloping lot, probably 11-12 meters from lowest ground level to top of structure. Architect obtained permits so no direct involvement with regs or codes.
2) your source for definitive information is Desarollo Urbano office on Blvd. de Guanajuato. Plans are reviewed there, fees paid and permit issued. |
