Experience with ATMs in GTO to access US Bank Cash?

I suspect you are looking for a long term solution where you pay no fee, but if you have a debit card you can get by for awhile. I used my Capital One debit card at many different ATM's in Guanajuato. The best rate I found was at Banbajio at the lower end of Plaza de la Paz. Between their fee and my Wells Fargo bank fee I think it cost me about $7.50 every time I got cash, so I would try to take out 4,000 pesos minimum. Unlike many of the other ATMs there was no line, and they never seemed to run out of money.
