Remittances to pay for wall?
Remittances to pay for wall: Just thinking - would the use of a US bank issued ATM card in a Mexican ATM be considered a remittance [US money coming into Mexico] and taxed by Trump? The US bank would have to be the enforcer/collector of the tax so if one were to draw say US$500 would one net a lower amount or would a fee be added on top of the withdrawal? Either way it would be painful.
