We just opened a real estate office just across the street from VIPS Restaurant. We are a bi-cultural couple (American/Mexican - native of Guanajuato) who have been selling and rehabbing properties in Guanajuato for foreigners for several years now. After a great deal of urging from clients, we finally opened an office. We're open 9-3 pm Monday through Saturday. The woman in the office (Martha) speaks very little English, although she is very motivated to learn. Strictly English-speakers can come on Mondays and Wednesdays as we plan to have an English speaker in there at that time.
