Location of theatre in Leon

Hello,

Does anyone know of the neighborhood in Leon of the Mateo Herrera Auditoria? Is it in Centro? I have an address of:
Prolongaci?n Calzada #308 Esq. Vasco de Quiroga, Col. La Martin?ca, Le?n, GTO 37500.

We will be driving there 10/15 from Morelia to attend the Live from the Met performance. Google has given us what appears to be confusing info.

Does anyone know the best way to arrive at the theatre driving from Salamanca/Irapauto? Also, we've been told it's a 2 hour drive to Leon from Morelia. If anyone has different info, that would be most useful as well.
