Congrats Terri, are you still interested in the land for sale by the lake purisima at $65 pesos m2?
Duck, what is Fernando asking per m2? Great place to put a hotel. Also, I wonder how much the State Gto Goverment paid for that property...You have to now ask permission from both city and state when titling property for the first time, but all one must argue and stick to the article 84 of the Ley Agraria, in case the gov officiales like your property.
