I think that the only OTA transmitter in GTO is TV4, specifically channels 4.2 and 4.3. (The call letters are XHCPDL-TDT, if that helps.) It's in or near Calderones, above La Presa. However, I was able to pick up a couple of channels in León, in the opposite direction, with varying degrees of success. Unless you live in the bottom of a canyon, you should be able to pick up something.
