Hello everyone!

I didn't upload this week's menu. Nothing strange about that as it was totally on purpose.

Thing is, we're making some changes here at sm?gen (again) and among the changes is a re-engineering of how we work with the daily menu. Instead of offering a daily special, we will now be working with a short and simple set menu that will be changed frequently (for now, we're thinking like once a week) and contain two to three dishes.

So, without further ado, the present menu at sm?gen is as follows:


Swedish Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes (K?ttbullar och Potatismos)

Beef Stew with Carrots, Potatoes and Pickled Beet Roots (Kalops)

Ladies and Gents,

We have changed the menu again, trying to do so about once a week. Our present menu looks as follows:

a) Swedish Meatballs w/ mashed Potatoes and Gravy

b) Oven baked Fish Fillets w/ Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes and a White Sauce
