If you go to the bus station and negotiate among the long line of taxis, you can usually negotiate a one-way fare for 700 pesos.
Depending upon the day of the week and the time of day, Uber has been charging about 700--750 pesos each way. Uber drivers are required to wear masks, and there are seat belts in the back seats. By-and-large, Uber cars are in better shape than taxis and less likely to break down. Drivers have GPS and are less likely to get lost. |

800 is the going rate the other direction if you hire a driver and not a taxi.
