Abandoned pup looking for a forever home

Today this sweet puppy was dumped with his brother in Santa Rosa. It was clear that they weren't street dogs as they were clean, well-fed and sweet and friendly. As we already have 10 rescue doggies, we decided against taking them in, which turned out to be a big mistake because shortly after we left them, the brother was hit by a car and was severely injured. We ended up taking him to the vet and putting him down. So this pup was left all alone. We couldn't bear the idea of him living on the street and very possibly getting hit by a car, so we've taken him in. The vet checked his teeth and said he is approximately 5 months old and healthy. He will most likely be a medium-sized dog. He is very sweet and gentle and we have no idea how anyone was capable of dumping him and his brother, but here he is.
