Hotel near the mexican consulate in Laredo?

Hi, can someone recommend a reasonably priced hotel/airbnb near the mexican consulate in Laredo,Texas please? Id appreciate any advice

I had to go there earlier this year. I never checked AirBnB and used hotels.com for my search. In terms of nearby 2-Star-and-up hotels, there was nothing in walking distance to the Consulate. The closest 2-Star(+) hotels were a couple of miles away on the hotel row on Santa Ursula Ave, which parallels the freeway. I got a good deal at the Best Western, and used Uber to go to the Consulate and back.

Parking in the neighborhood surrounding the Consulate is both difficult and all-metered. If you're driving there, bring lots of quarters to feed the meter, assuming you can find one, and hope the Consul doesn't call your number while you're out there doing it.
