New to the forum
Hello! We are new to the forum, we are in the process of purchasing property in the city and will be building a home. Not new to Mexico, but new to Guanajuato City. Hoping to be able to pick members brains for fixtures and appliances when the time comes. Thanks in advance!

Welcome. Always good to see new people investing and making a commitment to our wonderful home. There are numerous experienced homeowners on this forum so help should be easy and plentiful. Careful screening and evaluation of your architect/contractor is hugely important. Experience counts.
