Does anyone know of a source of foam rubber for mattresses?

Do a search for "memory foam" and "Espuma De Memoria" on Mercado Libre. Lots of offerings. Unfortunately with online vendors, you won't be able to squeeze the foam ahead of purchase, to determine the density and quality.

I imagine Liverpool and high-end retailers carry Tempur-Pedic at astronomical prices.
