Claro TV "free" from TelMex HELP

My Vizio smart tv has a Yahoo "operating system".
I could not find Claro Tv available.

Claro tech support told me to do the following:
On the controller go to Menu, find the App Store
and download the Claro App. Only problem was that
the Claro App was just not there in the Yahoo store.

I called Claro again and was told that even though
Claro Tv is advertised as free i should have rented a
decoder from TelMex. Without the decoder there is
no way to download the Claro app to watch "free"
Claro content.

It may be that the brand of Smart TV you buy from TelMex
does not require a decoder but Vizio brand definitely does.
