Reminder for this weeks FREE Residency event in Guanajuato!!
Please come and share with friends. All are welcome. Please RSVP. Saturday's class will include the first 12 to sign up a Hope to see you! (Events in spanish and english) More information at www.akumalresidency.com SATURDAY 12/9 3pm, Centro Bharati yoga studio Movement/Dance/Inspiration class with resident artist Irene Nerys from Italy No experience necessary. Accessible to all/all welcome. The purpose of this workshop is to explore the different possibilities of movement and through the movement access the different emotions that this process will generate.
