There's a schedule posted across the street from Mercado Hidalgo now. There's 14 teams in the Municipal League, and there are games at 3:30 PM Tuesday-Saturday, and 8:30 and 11:30 AM on Sunday.
It's looks like I got the March 17 date for the exhibition game wrong. Instead, there's a game between the Vaqueros de Laguna and the Acereros de Monclova on the 15th. (These same two teams are playing in Silao on the 16th.) More interesting is a game between the Rieleros de Aguascalientes (our closest pro team) and the Sultanes de Monterrey (one of the Mexican League's high-budget teams) on the 17th. The info I gave for a game in Silao on the 23rd is correct. |
