Sorry, another Permanente question.
My FM3 expires in November, and I will transfer to Permanente status. I am currently in the USA, but will return when my FM3 is still valid. Do I need to apply at a consulate in the US, or can I do everything once I arrive in GTO? Any guidance is greatly appreciated. |
