FM2 information please

David and I have now lived in Guanajuato for one year. We have the FM3 which must be renewed by the 25th of November but we are opting for the FM2 as we plan to make Mexico our permanent home. Having reviewed all the available government literature and spoken to an immigration agent in SMA we are still none the wiser about the costs. Is there anyone out there who had made the switch from FM3 to FM2 recently under the new regulations who can shed some light on the costs and income requirements We look forward to hearing from you.
