Shuttle Information to Reynosa???

For the last four years, I have heard that there is a direct shuttle from SMA to Reynosa for the purpose of renewing temporary visas. We need to get to McAllen to the VA Clinic across from Reynosa. Does anyone have any information on this direct service?

Are you, after all this time, still on a Tourist Card?

And speaking of cards you should have an INAPAM which woud give you half price bus fare to N. Laredo o Reynosa saving you the cost to get to SMA for the 'shuttle'
