We're going to be moving from our house the last week in Sept. It's a three bed/two bath, two story home located in the Presa de Olla. It has room for two cars in front of our house and it's in a very, very secure location. We live in a "privada", in a little gated area with 5 other houses. The rent for this home is definitely within your price range. Our landlord is a super sweet older woman and I'd like to save her some trouble and find her a good replacement once we leave.
