We're going to be moving from our house the last week in Sept. It's a three bed/two bath, two story home located in the Presa de Olla. It has room for two cars in front of our house and it's in a very, very secure location. We live in a "privada", in a little gated area with 5 other houses. The rent for this home is definitely within your price range. Our landlord is a super sweet older woman and I'd like to save her some trouble and find her a good replacement once we leave. Message me on facebook if you would like her name and more info.

Hola, Kathryn! My husband, Sam, replied to your inquiry regarding a house or apartment available in September. So, you have our phone#. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Kitchen/living/dining, an additional living area, and laundry accessible from within the apartment. The apartment was finished a year ago so appliances are new, the hot water is plentiful. The apartment is furnished (including linens.) Parking is on the street currently. The bus stops at the house (Panoramica & Callejon Espinazo). The Pipila and funicular are a 7-8 minute walk to be at the Jardin/Teatro Juarez. Walk down Callejon Espinazo and you are in Embajadoras ready to enjoy the park! Round the corner and you'll be in El Centro in a few minutes. Rent is 6500 pesos and includes water. Lots of light and views, a gated garden-entry from the Callejon Espinazo or gated entry from the Panoramica. Perhaps this would be a good match for your needs. Sincerely, Linda
