I know Lorena Fuentes. She manages our recently remodeled house at Terremoto 64. She also manages Casa La Malaguena, on Plaza San Fernando for a woman who lives in Philadelphia. That's where we first met Lorena - when we stayed there at Malaguena (above Oreja de Van Gogh). Lorena is honest and knowledgeable and perfectly capable of arranging repairs, etc. I would encourage you to talk with her. I believe she is flexible as to the duties she could perform.
