Notary public recommendations/architect recommendations

Can someone please recommend a Notary Public and an architect,who is fluent in english, works with expats, and who gets things done in an efficient manner.Id really appreciate any advice,thanks

Our real estate transactions here were each processed thru Notario #19, María del Carmen Nieto Vega. She was professional, accurate, and her excellent services were reasonably priced. English fluent as well.

We used a non local Architect for our design services and a wonderful local construction foreman with a mostly family crew that built our home. He handled all permits, inspections etc. We fully financed the construction acting as our own “general” contractor. Weekly progress and payment meetings kept control of costs in relation to initial estimates. That worked well though it did require our near daily participation over a 20 month building period. The results say it was worth it.
