I experience this in many locations in Mexico plus in more remote places in the US (IE The Trinity Alps, CA) especially in the evening.
Where I stay in Zihua/Ixtapa I can stream all day but forget the evenings when I presume lots of others on line. Same in Patzcuaro, Morelia & Guanajuato. |
