According to my hairdresser, the new Soriana at Plaza San Javier, will officially open July 15. HURRAY!!! ;) Trucks are already unloading frozen and canned goods and although they try to keep everything under wraps, it has gotten out that they will open their doors with a lot of hoopla. I don?t like mobs but this time I want to (cautiously) be there. We need a bit of competition. We like their products. Some of us wish HEB would open a store here but it?s too early for that.
