I would also like to suggest Jorge (green taxi #160), phone 473 108-5931. He has the cleanest taxi in town, and if you call him for an airport run he will NEVER disappoint. He's there on time, if not early. Unfortunately, he will not go to the airport to fetch you, but for airport delivery he is the best I have found. Speaks a little English, too, if that matters.
