FYI - Airport transportation
I got to meet six people at the Bajio airport the other day and we arranged to use an airport taxi van in which we all fit comfortably. Total price was 500 pesos. Not bad considering a regular airport taxi for one or two persons is 430 pesos from the airport to Gto. The service was excellant, the driver was personable and helpful (so he got a 50 pesos tip above and beyond the 500 pesos his company received). To arrange to be picked up by the airport taxi service, call 472-723-3432, 472-113-2149, 472-108-0954. THey will pick you up at your home or hotel and get you to the airport at the time you need to be there,
