Take a look at Mexico Health and Safety Travel Guide I have been using Dr Carlos Ramierz Mateos in Leon for the past 5-6 years. I have given up on my former GP at Centro Medica de la Presa as he never took notes/kept files. I find the quality of care much better at the consultorios in Hospital los Angeles in Leon. The price of an office visit is the same in Leon as it is in GTO. Dr Ramierez is a internist/hemotologist/immunologist which is not what you need of course but I'm sure he could reccomend a specialist.
