I am looking for an inexpensive, quiet, and sunny casita or apartment to rent. Must be at, or close to, street level as I can no longer climb the callejons or areas off the Carretera. Prefer a quiet courtyard setting away from heavy traffic.I especially like the La Presa area. If you have, or know of a place that may become available in the future, please let me know. Gloria/Gigi, We are building a casa near El Pipila. It is at the Callejon Espinazo and the Panoramica. It is nearing completion and will be available to rent. If you would like to look at it, please do. The 2nd/upper floor will have access by private driveway to the front door. We are building the casa to be handicapped-accessible since it will be our retirement home.
