REPORT to police, realizing ?no justice will be served in potentially corrupt system?, but report so numbers are accurate, I am sure these type of attacks are vastly under-reported. US consulate is keeping very close attention to increase in reported ?tourist targeted violence? in Cancun and all frequently traveled areas in Mexico.
