Ordering internet service in English

Is it possible to order internet service from Telmex in English? My Spanish is limited and I don't want to sign a contract not knowing what I'm agreeing to.

I am doubtful they can provide their standard service contract in English.
You might ask for a copy ( Spanish) then use a translation app or program. Or, bring a bilingual pal along to translate?
In a practical sense they are not going to alter or negotiate that agreement so you may sign, or not.
We’ve had their service for six years without incident. We pay monthly, they keep the service active. Pretty simple actually.
