Can anyone provide a reference for an attorney in Guanajuato the handles issues with landlords?

Try Lic. Mauricio G. Hinojosa Medina.
I used him several years ago when I was unjustly evicted from a house I had been living in for 3 years. Mauricio had a brief chat with the owners that boiled down to something like "...if you continue to try and evict Mr Bill then he will start paying his monthly rent to the Estado Guanajuato and not to you [the owner]" Problem solved. Cost me 200 pesos back then.Tenants have very strong rights in Mexico.
