Vitamins/supplements etc
How do people obtain supplements purchased through Amazon in the states? Maybe there is no way other than having them shipped to a friend or relative in the States, and traveling back periodically to pick them up, but that seems so labor intensive. I saw a few small 'natural' remedy type stores (incl a nice one off Baratillo square) but none seemed to have a large selection. (no MSM, lutein, magnesium, fish oil, etc)

RE: Vitamins/supplements etc
Costco has fish oil.
If the place across from Baratillo (where I get my ginko biloba) doesn't have what you're looking for, the place on Sangre de Cristo next to the parking garage might. |

GNC general nutrician center in Pozuelos across from LaComer in the mall. Pricey but less than getting something in the US. Yeah, Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart in Leon, probably lof other places.
