Thank you for posting, Don Juane. I am clear that here in Guanajuato, I would go to CMP. It sounds as if you chose well there in San Miguel. What is the name of the facility? Your post is a good reminder that although we may have a plan for the place we live, we don't spend all of our time there. Also, I am curious. I have enough money in the bank, but don't walk around with 10,000 pesos. Do they have an ATM at the clinic?

http://www.unimedhs.com/ It's right across from the Mega which is now named La Comer in San Miguel de Allende. The Master Card slid in smooth and efficiently with the card and receipt for the 10K put by my bedside where they required the deposit I can't remember if they put the IV in before or after I signed the credit card receipt but they made it clear I could not receive treatment without paying the "deposit" (which soon turned into the base daily rate).
