Your recommendations for an optometrist 'preciated.

Looking for info on night driving (not corrective) lenses.
I suppose the advice of an individual doctor would be
better than a franchise glasses dispensary.

I have gone to Dra. Paneagua at the Centro Medica de la Presa. She is a neuro-opthamologist. (Thanks to her questions during a routine eye exam, followed up and found out I had hypothyroidism!)
