Please can anyone recommend an English-speaking dentist in GTO town that does dental cleanings and at what price?

I've read several recommendations for a Dr. Nieto. His office is located near the la Pipila statute. If you head in the direction of La Bufa on the street in front of the statute you will soon come to a street angling up the hill to the right. About 100 feet up that street on the right is his office. I have not been in but I walked by there about a month ago. It looks like a modern office building. They say he speaks english. Please give a review if you use him. Or if you use another dentist.

Just as good as Dr. Nieto, a lot cheaper, and he speaks English, is Dr. Aguilar (the son), 731-0476. His office is on Calle Valenciana, just off Pastita Street, turn onto Calle Rayas, go 1 block, turn right, and there it is. A few months ago I had a cleaning and exam for $500 pesos.

BTW right across the street from his office is the Clinica Bajio CLINBA, where his brother Dr. Gerardo Aguilar, does bone density exams and treatments for osteoporosis. Save time and money by not going to Leon for this. Phone # 731-2585.

I have been considering a Dental Vacation in Mexico and it is good to hear that there are a few recommended english speaking dentists in Guanajuato. Also appreciate the info about the bone doctor. My wife would probably have more questions about his services.

I had an appointment with "Dr. Nieto" (i.e. Daniel Garcia Nieto) in December. I was very impressed with him and his office, but I would not say that he speaks English, and neither do his staff that I dealt with. I would say he knows some English dental vocabulary, and he is an excellent communicator, which can go a long way if your Spanish is serviceable. He took the time to draw me a diagram of what was going on with my teeth. If you are looking for an English-speaking dentist, however, he would not be your guy.

I can highly recommend friendly, English speaking dentist Lorena at Bluetooth Soluciones Dentales, Marfil. I just returned from a treatment today.
She is a dental surgeon, professional with modern equipment clean facilities. She is the best dentist I have been to!
