Typhoid vaccine (oral) in Guanajuato?

Hola. Does anyone know where I can go in Guanajuato to get the oral typhoid vaccine?

I received the 2-year shot the first time, when I first started to travel, and then the oral (5-year) vaccine last time--about 4 1/2 years ago.

Sooo, I will soon need either a booster or another round of the oral vaccine itself. (And I never know where I'll be next; perhaps some small fishing village in Peru or Chile! And it might not be available there, of course.)

Oh--if there's a more economical outlet, I'd prefer that. My retirement income is hopelessly small. :-)
