Ferias del libro infantil

My almost 10 year old Grandson who attends a bi-lingo school asked me to bring some age appropriate Spanish/Mexican books to him. I went to the only book store I know of (at the Mall) finding the selection less than inspiring.
In a number of Mexico cities I have seen book fairs for kids at certain times with many selections to choose from. Do they ever have such here in GTO? If so when & where?
If not are there any other book stores for kids in town or possibly in Leon?
Any information appreciated.

Found a nice selection at the State Fair in Leon today & also at the Museum of Art & History so all set in the book department.
