Anyone flown pets north out of BJX?

We have a rescue dog we are trying to fly north to Calgary, Canada to her new home and aren't finding much help down here on booking the trip.
Anyone done this?

I have taken a small dog on a United flight to Canada. Her kennel went under the seat. When we moved our dogs to Africa and back to GTO we drove them all to Mexico City and went from there. If you go on United website you should be able to get an answer to your question, or better yet contact Marlene Davis or Sandra Ward.
