Don, Thanks for the close read - I had meant to amend that note but was distracted. Single ride passengers can pay at the ticket kiosk on the platform. One does not pay on the bus but before boarding. The prepago cards offer a discount to frequent users. Did you know that a 2-line subway system had been proposed before the adoption of the Optibus?
