San Miguel Mail Service

Does anyone know how one gets signed-up with the mail service in San Miguel? I expect to return to Guanajuato early October, but I need to ship some items securely so that they be in SMA upon my return. The volume is too much to try to put on the plane.

There are various mail services in San Miguel. La Conexi?n is one. Border Crossings is another. They all have their fans, but then I've heard complaints about all of them, too. They may or may not be as secure as you would like.

If security is really important, and the cost not so much, my suggestion would be to have your packages delivered to the home of a friend here, by a service such as FedEx or DHL.

Thanks for responding to this question. I happened to find La Conexion on the internet this AM (don't know why I didn't think of that before!) and it seems relatively straigt forward. Thanks, Ken
