Discussion on issues with kids and education in GTO

Hello - We may soon be moving to Guanajuato. My children (junior - middle) school age are both fluent in spanish and english, but I would like to place them in a bilingual school - preferrably one with international recognition.
I have done a web search - I see that these schools are available in Leon. Can someone please tell me if any are available in Guanajuato, Guanajuato?

Thank you! I found the board in my usual manner of internet rambling looking for any reference to schools and Guanajuato. I came across a blog that referred to this board. Said that it was very well laid out and user friendly - so here I am.

Here is a list of local schools and phone numbers. Most do not have websites. Leon is over an hour away from Guanajuato.

Considered the most 'prestigious' is Colegio Valenciana (I have some issues with this one but my son's experience may have been an isolated incident)

Thank you very much, I really appreciate the effort that you took to complie this list and I am sure that it will help others as well. I will look into the schools - I don't know if we will make it to Guanajuato - but I am hoping that we will. My children are in school in Durango, Durango. The major issue that we have had is one of acceptance - as they are "different" they are isolated by the other children. It has been a hard road for them to find a niche.
