Sunday BBQ Lamb?

Many cities in Mexico it is traditional to serve BBQ Lamb on Sunday, one of my favorite foods.
When I took the bus into Leon this week i saw a couple of signs indicating this over there.
Are there any places here in Guanajuato that serve Sunday Lamb? (or any other day of the week)

I've had some good lamb a few times (though not on Sunday) at a place in Yerbabuena. I've always had it in the morning when heading out to my horses. In fact the first time I went there was with the guys who hauled my horses up from the coast.

It is on the right side of the highway through Yerbabuena, if you were heading out towards Juventino Rojas. It is just before or not far before the huge chicken place. I am thinking it is just past the Transito offices, sorry, those are the best directions I can give. If I was there I could drive you to it easy.

I think that the restaurant is called Barbacoa Báez - like the Pizza Báez place only not the pizza place.

On Sundays, a stall at the Mercado Hidalgo sells birria (soup) made of lamb, a dish I plan to try as I'm a lamb-nik too. With your back to Av. Juarez, turn left and pass the mariscos stalls. I must have seen a sign when I went by.
