Lousy internet for past week or so

Back to the Lousy Service issue -it may not have been Telmex 100%- it may have been local IP conflicts here in the compound. We have been full and have had maybe 15+WiFi devices running at the same time. I swapped out my Telmex modem for a spare one that was laying around and all seems fine since then.

Glad all is well. Was it another Telmex modem that worked, or another type? Always heard only Telmex issued units would work, but would love to use anything else if possible.

It has to be a Telmex unit. I have an extra one or two as they forgot to collect them on canceled aaccounts. You can get them at a reasonable price on MercadoLibre
