Direct deposit?
With the heavy new BoA fees for turning dollars into pesos, would be interested to consider having US monthly annuity and social security payments directly deposited to our Mexican bank account. If this is possible, has anyone done this and how did it work out?

RE: Direct deposit?
My bank in Austin, Public Employees Credit Union charges $1.00 per ATM transaction. Locally the ATM machines with the lowest withdrawl fees that i have found are Banco Azteca and Bajio, 18.70 pesos.

RE: Direct deposit?
Thanks for the info on your findings of the cheapest banks for ATM withdrawals, but where is the Banco Bajio that you have mentioned?
Correct me if I am wrong, but is the Banco Azteca ATM Machine inside the Elektra store across the street from the old Comercial Mexicana? |
