I hope the OSUG musicians and Americans/Canadians/Aussies married to Mexicans are being included in the guesstimates. They're two significant chunks. By the way, I heard that at the end of the 1990s, there were an estimated 80 expats plus the musicians.

English speaking population is decreasing. Major cause: We are old and every new Spanish word we learn, we forget an English word.
