Conde de Valenciana

I am interested in any available biographical information, in English or Spanish, on Antonio Obregon y Alcocer the founder of the Valenciana mine and susequently the same-named church. Several descendants here have offered valuable suggestions and documents and I have started research in the stacks and rare book room at the University. I plan a similar effort in Mexico but am hopeful there also might be private sources here. Any/all items will be appreciated and professionally handled and referenced.
