DIF Office in Guanajuato
Hello Everyone, Does anybody know where the DIF office is located in Guanajuato? I would like to apply for the INAPAM card and I want to make sure I am going to the right place. Any advice about the INAPAM card application would also be welcome. Gracias! Antoine Cabrol

Hi Antoine,
The DIF is located in Paseo de la Presa up towards the dam on the right. However for INAPAM we went to an office near the university. The INAPAM process in GTO is really straightforward. Took about 15 minutes to get my card last year at the office in Callejon de los Hospitales, just near the very old church up the hill to the left of the university. To be eligible you need to be over 60, and have an FM2 or FM3 or new equivalent. To apply take: * Passport * Birth certificate * Valid FM-2 or FM-3 residence visa * Photo ID such as passport or driver's license * Proof of current residence in Mexico: i.e. a utility bill in your name, deed to your home, or rental lease * Contact information for someone to be contacted in case of emergency *One photocopy of everything on this list (incl photo page of passport) NB.
